6th Annual Women's TryATHLON
New this year will be a duathlon, 1 mile run, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run walkers are also welcome. This will follow the triathlon, great as a beginning multisport if swimming is not your thing.
The race will include a 90 minute triathlon clinic starting at 7:30am covering the basics of the swim, bike, and run including transitions and bike fit and maintenance. We will cover the basic rules of triathlon and answer your questions so you will be more comfortable participating in the sport.
The course varies from hard surfaces to trails, and travels through Holmes Lake Park.

Then back to the transition area to head out on the lakes limestone trail for a 1 to 2 mile run before finishing the triathlon. A required prerace meeting will be held at 7:45am sharp.
